On-site Consultancy Services

Software Development
DPI Consulting's on-shore option provides the Partner Cost-effective software development and Access to a large resource base with extensive IT Security consultancy and project management experience.
Security Hub Unit
DPI Consulting shall make available a dedicated Security Hub Unit (SHU), for the required period of time. The proposed SHU will have a team of software engineers, project leaders as per the Partner’s skill matrix requirements. These engineers will be provided to the Partner on a T&M basis.
Security Testing Center
A testing center could be established with dedicated personnel and resources. A broad work plan could be prepared specifying the scope and extent of work involved and the project requirements. Based on these parameters DPI Consulting could set-up and dedicate resources.
Setting-up of Security Monitoring Center
A core team of engineers headed by a project manager would visit your site and be trained on the products, source code, understand the concept in detail and bring back the project to DPI Consulting. This way a trained and dedicated project team would be available to undertake monitoring activity.
Setting-up of Product Installation and On-site Support Team
DPI Consulting could also set-up a product support group to service the partner’s clients on its behalf. The engineers will be trained on the product installation and on-going customer support.
Joint Product Development
DPI Consulting could participate in product development with the partner. DPI Consulting could invest in some part in the product development and would receive royalty on product sales.
